We provide high-resolution, scientifically accurate visual study notes in PDF and PNG format. These are digital products intended for personal academic use only.

3. License & Usage Rights

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the materials for your own studies.
• You may print the diagrams for personal use and view them on your devices.
• You may not resell, distribute, share, upload on public websites, or use them for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, illustrations, designs, and diagrams are copyrighted by BodyPartArchive. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds are only available within 30 days and subject to the conditions mentioned there.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share login links or files with others
• Upload our materials to study platforms, Discord, Telegram, or any public repository
• Use our diagrams in your own products or for teaching without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any academic results, exam performance, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our materials.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
